Les parcelles d\u00e9pouill\u00e9es de leur r\u00e9colte ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la violence et les tensions sur l&rsquo;\u00eele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour contre attaquer et continuer \u00e0 vendre, les planteurs doivent d\u00e9sormais  faire appel \u00e0 des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont drastiquement fait flamber les prix. Car la demande mondiale est plus forte que la production. Et dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, les gousses de vanille de Madagascar ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 preneur \u00e0 peine arriver \u00e0 maturation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par peur du vol, beaucoup de planteurs d\u00e9cident donc de r\u00e9colter avant le terme final. Du coup, la qualit\u00e9 chute et le march\u00e9 noir d\u00e9voile les revers d&rsquo;une \u00e9conomie dont les fruits ne sont plus porteurs d&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de la concurrence au niveau mondial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments, les acheteurs de vanille se d\u00e9tourne progressivement de la vanille de Madagascar. L&rsquo;or malgache n&rsquo;a plus autant la c\u00f4te. Les nouvelles terres de pr\u00e9dilection de la gousse sont la Polyn\u00e9sie et le Costa Rica. Deux terres connues pour le respect de la nature et l&rsquo;\u00e9co-tourisme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un produit de luxe, la vanille est exigeante. Les clients potentiels ne transigent pas sur la qualit\u00e9. Destin\u00e9e \u00e0 agr\u00e9menter des desserts et p\u00e2tisseries nobles, la vanille est un ingr\u00e9dient co\u00fbteux. En supermarch\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 moyenne se vend autour de huit euros les 4 grammes. Alors que pensez de la best quality r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux grandes tables?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car si la vanille est pr\u00e9sente en masse dans les glaces et les yaourt, ne vous d\u00e9trompez pas.
