Hoe zit dat bij ons en welke voordelen kunnen we eruit halen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Een uitstekende kruidenthee om spijsverteringsproblemen te verzachten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Indi\u00ebrs kennen veel natuurlijke remedies om kwalen te bestrijden. Dit is vooral te danken aan hun kruidige of pittige eetgewoonten. De methoden die ze toepassen om buikpijn of een opgeblazen gevoel te verlichten, zijn eeuwenoude tradities. Bovendien wordt het gebruik van hun specerijen tegenwoordig ook door de moderne wetenschap bevestigd.
