Quando o jejum foi institu\u00eddo, no segundo ano da H\u00e9gira, os mu\u00e7ulmanos jejuavam habitualmente. Quebravam o jejum ao cair da noite. Depois, n\u00e3o comiam at\u00e9 \u00e0 noite seguinte, caso tivessem adormecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta forma de viver o jejum foi posteriormente revogada pelo Profeta Maom\u00e9 (sws). Ele decidiu instituir o Sahur. Isto para estabelecer uma distin\u00e7\u00e3o clara entre o jejum dos mu\u00e7ulmanos e o dos seguidores de outras religi\u00f5es. Esta diferen\u00e7a manifestou-se mesmo no jejum de Ashura. Com efeito, os crentes distinguem-se por jejuarem um dia adicional, antes ou depois, para se diferenciarem dos judeus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outras tradi\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias dos mu\u00e7ulmanos, como a de apressarem-se a quebrar o jejum assim que anoitece, distinguem-nos dos Povos do Livro, que, por seu lado, esperam que a noite se instale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A prova relativa \u00e0 refei\u00e7\u00e3o nocturna baseia-se no seguinte hadith:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo \u2018Amr Ibn Al Ass (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) disse: \u00abA diferen\u00e7a entre o nosso jejum e o jejum do Povo do Livro \u00e9 a refei\u00e7\u00e3o do Sahur\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(Relatado por Muslim no seu Sahih, n.\u00ba 1096)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A refei\u00e7\u00e3o no final da noite \u00e9 uma verdadeira b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o para quem est\u00e1 em jejum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas pessoas negligenciam esta tradi\u00e7\u00e3o prof\u00e9tica t\u00e3o importante durante o m\u00eas do Ramad\u00e3o. Seja por pregui\u00e7a, seja por descuido. No entanto, na pr\u00e1tica, esta tradi\u00e7\u00e3o tem a vantagem de, ap\u00f3s algumas horas de sono, devolver as for\u00e7as antes de enfrentar um novo dia repleto de atos de adora\u00e7\u00e3o e atividades \u00fateis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por isso, consider\u00e1mos oportuno apresentar-vos alguns fundamentos sobre este assunto nos seguintes hadiths:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo Salman Al Farisi (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) disse: \u00abA b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em tr\u00eas coisas: o grupo, o tharid* e o sahur\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*prato \u00e0 base de molho e carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>(Relatado por Tabarani em *Al mu\u2019jam al Kabir*, n.\u00ba 6127, e autenticado pelo xeque Albani em *Sahih Al Jami*, n.\u00ba 2882)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo Al Irbad Ibn Sariya (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) convidou-me para o sahur (*) durante o Ramad\u00e3o, dizendo: \u00abVem para a refei\u00e7\u00e3o aben\u00e7oada\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>(Relatado por Abu Daud e autenticado pelo xeque Albani em Sahih Targhib n.\u00ba 1067)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo Abu Sa\u2019id Al-Khudri (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) disse: \u00abComer o sahur \u00e9 uma b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o; por isso, n\u00e3o o negligenciem, mesmo que um de v\u00f3s tome apenas um gole de \u00e1gua, pois, certamente, Al\u00e1 e os Seus anjos aben\u00e7oam aqueles que comem o sahur\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>(Relatado por Ahmed no seu *Mousnad*, n.\u00ba 1186, e autenticado pelo xeque Albani no *Sahih Al Jami*, n.\u00ba 3683)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por fim, foi comunicado que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pause-au-naturelle.com\/pt\/product\/tamara-ajwa-da-medina-300g-karamat\/\">O melhor sahur consiste em comer t\u00e2maras<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo Abu Huraira (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) disse: \u00abQue bom sahur s\u00e3o as t\u00e2maras para o crente\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>(Relatado por Abu Daud na sua Sunan n.\u00ba 2345 e autenticado pelo xeque Albani na Sunan de Abu Daud \u2013 hadith aut\u00eantico)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adiar o Sahur at\u00e9 o momento mais pr\u00f3ximo do amanhecer faz parte da Sunnah<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Na pr\u00e1tica, muitos mu\u00e7ulmanos imp\u00f5em a si pr\u00f3prios um per\u00edodo de tempo para saborear o sahur. Alguns estabelecem, por precau\u00e7\u00e3o, um limite de tempo durante o qual se pro\u00edbe beber ou comer. Quer se trate de 10 ou 5 minutos antes do \u2018adhan, este comportamento \u00e9 comum. No entanto, quem adia ainda mais o sahur n\u00e3o est\u00e1, de forma alguma, em desacordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o isl\u00e2mica. Muito pelo contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os dois hadiths seguintes ilustram o nosso ponto de vista:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anas ibn Malik relatou que Zaid ibn Thabet (que Allah esteja satisfeito com eles) disse:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abTom\u00e1mos o Suhoor com o Profeta de Al\u00e1 (que a paz e as b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3os de Al\u00e1 estejam com ele) e, em seguida, este levantou-se para a Salat.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perguntei ent\u00e3o ao Ze\u00efd: \u00abQuanto tempo dura o chamamento para a ora\u00e7\u00e3o e o Sahur?\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ele respondeu-me: \u00abO tempo que demora a ler cinquenta vers\u00edculos\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(Sahih Al-Bukhari, volume 4, p\u00e1gina 118, e Sahih Muslim, hadith n.\u00ba 1097)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Segundo Abu Huraira (que Allah esteja satisfeito com ele), o Profeta (que a ora\u00e7\u00e3o de Allah e a Sua paz estejam com ele) disse: \u00abSe algum de v\u00f3s ouvir a chamada para a ora\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto tiver um recipiente na m\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o o largue at\u00e9 ter consumido o que lhe for necess\u00e1rio\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(Relatado por Abu Daoud na sua Sunan, n.\u00ba 2350, e os termos s\u00e3o os de Ibn Hazm em Al-Muhala, volume 6, p. 232. Foi autenticado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-librairie-musulmane.com\/categorie-produit\/savants\/ibn-taymiyya\/\">Xeque Al Islam Ibn Taymiya<\/a> em Charh Al \u2018Omda volume 4 p 528, bem como pelo Sheikh Albani na Silsila Sahiha volume 3 p 382).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, a pessoa n\u00e3o tem de cuspir a \u00e1gua nesse preciso momento. Pode at\u00e9 beber todo o conte\u00fado do copo.
