Uma planta herb\u00e1cea origin\u00e1ria da \u00cdndia que cresce, desde a Antiguidade, em toda a regi\u00e3o mediterr\u00e2nica. Este ingrediente tem sido negligenciado h\u00e1 muito tempo em Fran\u00e7a. Ali\u00e1s, apenas os conhecedores a utilizam e sabem tirar partido dela.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pois a beldroega, tal como os espinafres, \u00e9 uma excelente fonte de ferro, pot\u00e1ssio e c\u00e1lcio, de vitamina E e de antioxidantes. Em Marrocos, quando chega a \u00e9poca da colheita (julho a outubro), os habitantes apressam-se a preparar o Rejla. Mais do que apenas beldroegas, trata-se de uma salada fresca e requintada cujo ingrediente principal s\u00e3o as beldroegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes  que constituem a base da salada de beldroega:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ramo de beldroegas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coentros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cominho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimenta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimento doce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Azeite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lim\u00e3o cristalizado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Azeitonas roxas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tempo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o: 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Como \u00e9 que se cozinha a beldroega para obter todo o seu sabor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Rejla apresenta-se sob a forma de enormes tufos espessos, tal como os ramos de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pause-au-naturelle.com\/pt\/2020\/12\/20\/the-a-la-menthe-marocain\/\">hortel\u00e3 na \u2019na\u2019 beldi<\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Esta planta cresce e desenvolve-se muito rapidamente. Na verdade, o Rejla \u00e0 marroquina pode ser saboreado morno. Contudo, trata-se de uma entrada que se prepara com anteced\u00eancia e que se deixa arrefecer para repousar algumas horas no frigor\u00edfico.
